Q. What is considered a group?
A. A group typically consists of between two to fourteen guests.
Q. How far advanced should I schedule my group event?
A. The sooner, the better... however, we suggest planning your event at least four weeks in advance for better availability, particularly if you are interested in weekend dates. Group reservations are made on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability.
Q. What is required to schedule appointments for a group event?
A. Specific service requests, credit card number on hold for any party 4 people or more ($20/person for no shows)
Q. Can I bring food and beverages for my event?
A. Absolutely, please call for specifics. Restrictions apply.
Q. What is the cancellation policy for group events?
A. For group events we ask that appointments are cancelled within 48 hours as we have reserved these spots and staff specifically for you. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours are charged $10/per person. Appointments missed without notice are charged are charged $20/per person. These fees will be charged to the credit card given to reserve services. Since we are not in communication with all guests, we rely on the group contact to clarify this policy with their group.
As we value your business and certainly promote fun, we ask that you kindly respect other clients who are not a part of your group as the spa is open to the public.
