SPA ETIQUETTE AND POLICIES
To ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests, we ask the following:
For everyone’s safety and comfort: As a guest it is your right to end the treatment at any time if you wish. Our Spa professionals also reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment. Inappropriate behaviour or intoxication will not be permitted at anytime.
Smart Phones: Our time together is important especially while in the spa. Thank you for turning your smart phones off or to silent mode.
Arrival Times: Prepare for your spa experience by arriving no later than 10 minutes beforehand to complete your Health History Form and or pick your polish colour. We ask that you leave your valuables at home - The Spa does not accept responsibility for loss of personal property during your spa visit. Please be aware - if you are running late, your spa experience will be shortened in order to honour the time reserved for our next guest.
Reservations and Cancellations: Walk-ins are welcome. We do recommend you book your spa treatment in advance, in order to guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment if you are booking a party of four or more guests. The credit card will only be used as a “hold” and will not be charged any amount as a deposit.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for single spa experiences, 48 hours notice for group bookings. Group Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged as follows:
$10/ per guest for cancellations after the 48 hours and $20/ per person for no-shows will be charged to the credit card used to reserve your booking.
Will I have to undress for my spa treatment: Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our technicians are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your technician will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
Special Requests: Please inform our Receptionist when scheduling your appointment of any special needs, health concerns, diabetes or pregnancy. Guests under medical care may require a physician's note to proceed with their treatment, as some conditions are contraindicated.
Gentlemen: Men should shave the night before a facial because it makes skin less sensitive than shaving that morning.
